The ORED spring symposium, "Food Science and Industry in Mississippi" provides an opportunity to hear from stakeholders including federal, state and private partners, and to showcase MSU's capabilities in the topic area. This event will include opportunities for student poster presentations, lightning talks by faculty, and a panel of experts discussing a variety of topics related to the challenges and opportunities surrounding the Food Science arena.
