Blair Reed graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, and a Master of Public Policy and Administration. She received Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification in 2016 and has served MSU in various capacities for 17 years, with eight of those years in research administration and development, specializing in proposal management. Blair is the liaison to Contracts and Grants Specialists. With her vast knowledge of MSU procedures, she is a huge asset to the ORD team.
